- Video problems. A render failed, looks wrong or won’t download. Failed renders are retried once for free, and if they fail again the credits come back automatically.
- Refunds. Not happy with a finished video? Email us and we refund it in money, through Stripe, to your original payment method. For a partly used pack, we refund the credits you haven’t used.
- Credits and payments. Packs, charges, Apple Pay or card questions.
- Privacy and deletion. Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Want your photos, videos or whole account deleted sooner? Just ask.
- Rights concerns. If you believe a video made here uses your image without permission, email us with the details and we will look into it.
