This Privacy Policy explains how Firestarter Dance AI (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use https://firestarterdance.org/, an online tool that turns one photo into a Firestarter dance AI video.

Information We Collect

1. Account information. You sign in with Google. We store the email address, name and profile picture (avatar) that Google gives us. We don’t use passwords.
2. The photo you upload. The image you provide so we can make your video, including the face or animal shown in it.
3. Your videos. The videos we make for you and related details such as status and creation time.
4. Payment information. Which pack you bought, the amount and the payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe (card or Apple Pay); we never see or store your full card number.
5. Usage information. Pages visited, credits used and technical data such as browser and device type, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Photo

Your photo is uploaded only to make the video you asked for. It is stored privately and deleted automatically 30 days after upload. To make the video, the photo is sent to our AI video provider, which does not keep it. We never sell your photos and never use them to train AI models. Want your photo deleted sooner? How We Use Other Information

We use your information to run your account, make your videos, process payments, credits and refunds, prevent abuse, keep the site working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Your Videos

Videos you make stay in your account so you can watch and download them again. They are kept until you ask us to delete them. Email us and we will delete them, together with your account if you ask.

Who We Share Data With

We use service providers to run Firestarter Dance AI: hosting and storage, the AI video provider, Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in and Google Analytics for site statistics. Each one receives only the data it needs to do its job for us.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may stop working without them.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your photos, your videos or your whole account by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Children

Firestarter Dance AI is not for minors. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data, but no online service can be completely secure.
