These Terms of Service apply when you use Firestarter Dance AI at https://firestarterdance.org/. By using the site, you agree to them.

The Service

Firestarter Dance AI is an online tool that turns one photo into a Firestarter dance AI video: an AI-generated clip, about 15 seconds long, in which the person or pet from your photo dances the Kai’Sa vogue part of K/DA’s FIRESTARTER, copied from a real dance-studio cover.

Firestarter Dance AI is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games, League of Legends, K/DA, the singers of FIRESTARTER, Fortiche or the creators whose clips appear on the site. K/DA, League of Legends and the champion names are trademarks of Riot Games.

Your Account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who gave you permission and are 18 or older. Photos of your pets are fine. You must not upload:

• photos of minors;
• photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures;
• anything illegal, sexual or hateful, or photos you have no right to use.

We may refuse a photo, block a video or remove content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly. Our AI video provider also checks photos and may turn some down; when that happens, your credits come back.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Firestarter Dance AI to impersonate anyone, to pass off a video as real footage of someone, to harass, mislead or defraud people, or to attack or overload the service.

Your Videos

Videos are made without a watermark. You may share the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use, for example on TikTok, Reels or Shorts. The song FIRESTARTER and the dance belong to their owners. Please label your video as AI-generated when you post it.

AI Results

Videos are generated by AI and can vary. We don’t promise an exact likeness or perfect moves, and you should watch your video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Credits are sold in one-time packs, priced in US dollars. There is no subscription, and credits never expire. A video costs 20 credits. Payments are processed by Stripe (card, or Apple Pay where available). If a render fails, it is retried once for free; if it fails again, its credits are returned to your account automatically.

Refunds

Refunds are paid in money, through Stripe, to your original payment method:

• A finished video you’re not happy with: email [email protected] and we refund it.
• A partly used pack: we refund the credits you haven’t used.

Photos and Privacy

Uploaded photos are stored privately and deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and our AI video provider does not keep them. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using Firestarter Dance AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated Terms apply.
